Kumar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998 and has over two decades of extensive experience in Project feasibility studies, Business plans, Merger & Acquisition Assignment, Internal Audit, Project finance, Forex & Treasury Management, Capital structuring and Syndication of Loan from Institutions & Banks. He is a specialist in Taxation of DTA, EOU's, SEZ, Transfer Pricing and Indirect Taxes. He has worked as CFO in Listed Companies. Also he was a member of the governing council in KPRIET & KPR School of Business, Coimbatore. His passion for practicing the profession has resulted in him moving to full time practice in the audit and consulting field since the year 2013. His wide experience in the industry has enabled him to understand issues from a business perspective and come up with instant workable solutions for implementation. He provides assistance with management assessments of the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting, business process reviews, control design effectiveness, controls testing, policy/procedures reviews and evaluation of control deficiencies.

CA. S Gopinath - Fellow Chartered Accountant, DISA

Gopinath is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998 and has worked on many projects involving strategic decision making at the Top-level management. He has experience of over two decades in corporate and audit field with wide exposure in Corporate Finance, Accounts & Taxation. His service was particularly in manufacturing industries apart from handling Direct and Indirect taxation with respective departments for corporates, firms and individuals. The experience which he brings to the forefront is an interesting mix of both corporate /industry experience as well as experience in assurance services. He studies key business processes and provides strategies to improve the design and effectiveness of internal controls. His areas of experience include: audits, reviews, compilations, project management, risk assessments, system implementation assistance, IT risk assessments and cost/benefit analyses.

Padma is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1997, has more than two decades of experience in the field of Audit, Direct Taxation and Project Financing. Her forte has been in the field of audit and assurance services having conducted audit for various entities. She has also handled taxation aspects including representation before authorities for Individuals, Companies and Not-for-profit organisations. She has worked with clients in numerous industries assisting them in matters pertaining to Technical accounting issues, Financial reporting, Taxation, Company Law Matters and Due Diligence. She assists in the firm’s quality control function, where she provides consultation and guidance to the teams regarding the appropriate accounting and auditing considerations.
